My gardening piece in the Bay of Plenty Times today (December 15) is on some unusual plants I’ve met recently – Crambe maritima (sea kale) and Dendroseris litoralis (a so-called cabbage tree from islands off the coast of Chile).

As well, there is advice on how to “cure” Petunia Bumblebee of reverting to black flowers only. I’ll share that here in a few days.
